Transit Agent – Full Remote or Lille

Job Description:

As a Transit Agent at Effilog, you will be responsible for the complete management of the supply chain, from purchase negotiation to invoicing. You will be committed to customer satisfaction and operational profitability, managing the transportation process by air, sea or road. Main responsibilities: Manage end-to-end transit operations, including export and import, whatever the mode of transport. Negotiate and quote for transportation services, ensuring clear and accurate communication with all partners and suppliers. Monitor shipments, proactively resolve problems and maintain quality customer relations. Manage the necessary documentation for transit operations, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Work closely with internal teams to create tailor-made solutions to meet specific customer needs.

Qualifications and Skills Required :

Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and efficiency. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in written and spoken English and French. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative.
