Job Description:
As an Overseas Sales Representative at Effilog, you will be responsible for developing and securing the loyalty of a portfolio of customers in the freight forwarding industry. Your mission will be to boost sales and ensure the growth of our international network.
Main responsibilities :
Actively develop and manage a portfolio of customers by proposing solutions adapted to their specific needs. Develop and issue accurate quotations in response to customer requests. Participate in tenders and negotiate contracts to maximize profits while maintaining excellent customer relations. Ensure regular follow-up with customers to guarantee their satisfaction and respond effectively to their needs.
Profile sought:
Minimum 3-year degree in International Business or equivalent. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage. Proven negotiation and customer relationship management skills. Knowledge of the perishables sector is an asset.
